INTAF® Brand Woven Polyester Tape are manufactured from 100% Polyester filament yarn.
Identification :
All the qualities available are plain weave. And above 0.3mm thick shall be woven in herringbone weave electrical insulation tapes. The tape shall have a selvedge & center line in Red colour.
Thickness : Available in following thickness:
0.08 mm (3 mil)
0.13 mm (5 mil)
0.18 mm (7 mil)
0.23 mm (9 mil)
0.28 mm (11 mil)
Width :
Available from 10 mm to 50 mm in each thickness.
Width tolerence ± 1mm for tape up to 25mm width.
Width tolerence ± 1.5 mm for tape over 25mm width.
Non standard width can be supplied on request.
Minimum order quantity will be quoted on application.
Length :
Standard roll length is 50 metres.
(30 Meters rolls available on request)
Thermal Shrinkage :
5-10% (155 ± 2 oC for 15 Minutes)
Electric Conductivity of Aqueous Extract :
Not more than to 70 micromhos per cm.
pH Value Aqueous Extracts :
8 - 10
